We do not have a return policy, as these treats are made-to-order and custom made for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you are missing an item that you ordered, please take a picture and send an email to info@unleashthecrunch.com. Please include your order number. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unleash The Crunch is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Unfortunately, during the summer months some states reach above 100 degrees. Please keep an eye on your tracking as it is arriving. Although the icing treats will not completely melt, they could slightly alter. This is not the responsibility of the company. If you will not be home, please schedule for someone to pick up the treats and bring to a cool environment away from the heat.
Exchanges
Exchanges of items are only allowed within the first 24 hours of order being placed. These dog treats are made-to-order and cannot allow for exchanges after 24 hours.
